Healthy Meal suggestions for Tim Hortons

I wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option. First off let me say that I've worked both retail and food service before, so I understand how it works and I'm the furthest thing from a difficult customer. So I come to this Tim Hortons drive thru, the ONLY person there (nobody in store either, because my sister went to use the bathroom and said there was nobody inside). It took them about 3 minutes to even ask my order. Then after pulling up to the window, about 8 minutes after that, I was ready to just drive off. But I figured I would at least tell them to halt my order. So the girl comes to the window to confirm which type of cheese I wanted, and I asked how much longer because we had to be somewhere (at this point it's been about 13 minutes....). She gave me attitude and said it'd be literally 45 seconds, that's why she was cashing me out now to speed up the process(?), someone cut their finger, whatever. So I said OK because it's one more minute in this long waste of my life. Then about three minutes after that, they finally bring out my sandwich and bagel. Obviously I was pretty mad at this point because now my sister was actually going to be late, there were two people working and only one order, I mean what the heck. Then they filled up my iced capp (why wasn't this done in the other 15 min?) and handed it to me, then gave me a straw. I guess I picked up the straw fast because I was very obviously angry with this crappy service. So then the girl says to me, as I'm ready to drive off "excuse me but you don't need to be snatchy". What? Like is this a joke? I replied in a disgusted tone "what are you talking about" because she acted as if I was disrespecting her lazy work ethic. Then I just drove off with fear of contaminated food because we were already late from this disastrous excuse for fast food. I've been here many times, usually in the morning so it's one of the owners, and he is very kind - I've had no problems with him. But these girls really ruined this place for me, they are a sad excuse for customer service employees, I would never treat a customer like that! No apology! Definitely calling the owners about this. Oh and they forgot the cheese on my sandwich. ONLY COME HERE IF YOU ENJOY WAITING 15 MINUTES FOR YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON THERE AND THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE WORKING :)

Extremely slow and inefficient, but worst of all, RUDE. The past 2 experiences I've had here left me wanting to write to corporate... and yet none of the employees are ever in uniform or wearing a name badge that I can use to identify them in a comment. I will drive to Ypsi even though this Tim Hortons is close to home.

After the remodel, the tone of service as well as the quality of food improved drastically. Highly recommend this location. :)

I was surprised this place has such a low rating. I've been here several times, at least 6. I've never experienced a rude employee. In fact, every single time I've gotten service with a smile. Even today at 7am! The inside is nice and cozy and clean despite being connected to the gas station. I have no problems to report. Just good coffee and a cozy seat to sit in. :)

This is another Tim Hortons that recently opened in Ann Arbor. It's connected to a Shell Station and shares a common area with the convenience store, but the space is clean with a cozy seating area, complete with a fireplace and stockings on the wall. Appropriately festive and in the holiday spirit, and their donuts are holiday-themed as well. They have some parking on the left side of the store and every time I've been before there are always people inside... it's never felt empty, even though I believe it's relatively new. This is a more grab-n-go location and their service is pretty quick. Glad they opened a chain here!

How is this chain still in business in the United States? The day-old coffee sitting in my pot is fresher and tastier than theirs. The leftover egg McMuffin at the end of breakfast run at McDonald's is probably tastier than their breakfast sandwiches. Bagels are only called bagels because they look like bagels. Now, I don't want to bash all locations in one location's Yelp review; every (many) location I have visited, for an Ice Capp alone, mind you, employs the most incompetent staff. They will either not include on your order something you asked for, tell you that they are out of stock of something (seriously, almost every time) because the "truck hasn't been here yet," or completely f**k your order up in general. If you order a "promotional item," be prepared for an explanation as to why they cannot give you it as it is advertised. Or, they will lie and say the promotion has ended though there are still commercials for it, and every other location has it. Perhaps it has ended for their location, but order the regular equivalent of that item and they will STILL mess it up. Ordered an Ice Capp Supreme? Be charged for it but no whipped topping or drizzle for you. Ordered a bagel toasted with a certain cream cheese? Be charged for it but unwrap the cold, untoasted plain cream cheese doughy bagel and eat with tears sliding down your face. No Timmy Ho's is a good one. This is not one of the "decent" ones. With long wait times at the weirdly laid-out drive-thru, incompetent staff, and subpar everything, take the 15 minute drive and go to Dunkin' Donuts in Ypsi.

Have always heard great things about this place, so being on a mini vacation I thought I would try it instead of having the normal Starbucks.....BIG MISTAKE. The server was friendly, however doesn't seem to use common sense. We placed our order and when he handed me the drinks the mocha literally was all over the lid and drip down my hand...no napkins given until I had to ask!(picture attached) My expresso tasted like sour milk and was cold no even warm...the iced hot chocolate (redundant statement) is tasteless! It's a cheap place...guess I shouldn't of expect good coffee but this was terrible. Never again, sorry Tim hortons but this location killed it for us you are now referred as Tim horror! If zero was a option you that's what I would have given.

SLOW service. Be prepared to wait if you go there. Rude management. Limited selection - be prepared to wait even longer if you want anything more than a dozen. Not like other Tim Hortons. Since it is connected to the gas station it is more limited and a bit of a pain to deal with. Save your time and go to one of the other TH options in town.

Extraordinarily inept and rude workers and about a twenty minute wait for food in the drive through. Absolutely appalling.
